It's hard not to fall in the trap of feeling obligated to do everything. Obligation does not feel like love at all and it truly is not.

The book club I am a part of is truly excellent. It is challenging me in all of the right areas but giving me grace in all of the right areas. It is lifting my spirits.

I am learning to reframe certain circumstances. Isn't it amazing how reframing situations can really help us to be more positive people? Thinking that the glass is half full rather than being half empty. For my situation, I was challenged to stop thinking about doing things out of obligation but start thinking about how I can love the other person. Rather than being agitated with the horrible traffic, how can I make the most of that experience? Even if it is being grateful that I have a car to get from point A to point B. Think about all of the things we take for granted.
